• 6 Points – Mortgage Statement/Payment Book/Tax Bill (Immediate family of

Owner) Current addresss and date.

• 6 Points – Certificate of Habitation (non-owner occupied residence/rental unit)

Town of Wharton – Original and current date.

• 4 Points – Sworn Statement of Landlord (owner occupied residence) Certification

Statement (additional documents may be requested at the discretion of the

district) must be notarized – Original(current date)

• 2 Points – Current Residency Lease

• 1 Point – Valid Driver’s License Reflecting current Address and date.

• 1 Point – Passport / Visa Reflecting current Address and date.

• 1 Point – Utility Bill / Credit Card Statement reflecting current address and date
